Abstract


Fruit Growing in The Kütahya Province
Kütahya province, which constitutes the research area, is located in the inner western Anatolian section of the Aegean region. In the province where winter season is hard and cold, fruit farming is carried out in the plains extending east-west direction. Fruits with the most production value in the field are apple, cherry, cherry, plum, Walnut, strawberry, pear. But 73% of the total fruit trees are Cherry, Cherry and walnut trees. Because the economic income of these three products is more than the production areas of these fruits have expanded. In the research area, fruit is generally carried out by conventional methods that have been ongoing since the past. Manufacturers and technical information equipment and production under the control of Agricultural Engineers will increase the quality and value of products as well as prevent the harm of farmers. In addition to these, the introduction of the products to the market through cooperatives will enable fruit production to reach the desired level.
