Abstract
Governor of Erzurum Vezir Süleyman Pasha 1784 after that Erzincan Earthquake Looted the Muhallefat
In this study, a short biography of Süleyman Pasha examined how the Ottoman state administrators gathered looting torture and how the plague of the pasha was looted after the Erzincan earthquake. Vezir Süleyman Pasha, who belonged to the 18th century and was appointed to Erzurum Beylerbeyliği in 1784, was temporarily resident in Erzincan while he was on his way to his assigned office During the temporary residence of Pasha in Erzincan, a very strong earthquake occurred. Süleyman Pasha and a great part of his family died in this earthquake. Erzincan City and Süleyman Pasha belong to Pasha, and the next day they are looted by some members and some tribal members coming from the villages around the city and the city.
